PDFI do not know about everyone else out there, but when I received my 6 yr old’s Christmas List, I was in a bit of a pickle. The “real, real, for real puppy” was just NOT going to happen. The only other thing on the list was a purple-feathered headband, which is reasonable, but like I said, there was NOTHING else on the list. Hmmm, Houston, we have a problem!
I spent a couple of weeks deliberating about the list and as procrastination got the best of me, I just happened to wander into Between the Covers Bookstore on Colorado Ave in Telluride yesterday and was saved. Not only did they have everything on MY Christmas list, but they also had a great variety of items for kids, and not just books.
Daiva, the owner, was most helpful in guiding me (and many other last minute shoppers) in my search for that “last minute” gift. With my purchase of Mad Libs, puzzles that can be colored and then cleaned off, eboo Activity Books and a super cool reading light, Christmas shopping is done!
